Robin Hood’s Bay
£12.00 – £18.00
The Robin Hood’s Bay Print is one of a collection of prints by Devon artist Jon Stubbington featuring some of the best long distance walks in the country. They are great as a gift or wall art decoration for you to keep and can be personalised as a souvenir of your walking adventure.
Robin Hood’s Bay is a small fishing village close to Whitby and Scarborough, in the North York Moors National Park.
This original poster design celebrates the end of the Coast to Coast long distance walk (or, for some, the beginning). The beach at Robin Hood’s Bay has seen many million pairs of tired feet step into the sea, having started their cross country walk from one side of England to the other many days before on the Cumbrian coast.
At the end of Alfred Waignwright’s spectacular long distance trail, the houses of Bay Town are a welcome sight. It is at that point you can reassure yourself that it is all downhill to the finish!
This print can be personalised as a souvenir of the Coast to Coast walk. Please see the pictures for examples of how the text can be set out and remember to add your required text in the relevant box when placing your order.
