Gift vouchers

Each gift voucher entitles the recipient to a digital portrait of a pet or animal of their choice.

The vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed at any point during that year.

Options available to upgrade:

  • Larger print size
  • Add a background
  • Full body portrait

The painting

The recipient will receive a digital painting of their pet, based on their photos.

The portrait will be presented on a plain background and will focus on the head of the chosen pet.

The painting will be provided as a JPEG file for them to keep and use.

It will also be printed to A4 size on 308gsm archival paper, preserving the image for up to 75 years (approximately).

Your information

In order to complete this transaction, I need to record information about you for my business records.

I will record your name and email address so that we can communicate about this order. I will also record your/the recipient’s address information, so that I can post the voucher to you/the recipient.

This information is gathered using “consent”. This means that you have consented to me holding this information so that I can complete this transaction.

It also means that I will only use your information in order to fulfil this transaction. I will not use your information for other purposes, such as signing you up to a mailing list.

I will keep hold of your information for six years after the end of the current tax year. This is so that I can meet my obligations here in the UK for holding business records for tax purposes. After that time, your information will be removed.

Most of my records are held within Europe and will not be transferred outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), with the exception of my email records and invoices.

It is possible to pass information out of the EEA where appropriate permissions have been given and precautions are in place. Google’s G Suite, which includes the Gmail email service I use, is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield framework as meeting specific safeguarding requirements. Please still think carefully about what information you are including when you email me, as email is not a secure form of communication.

I use Paypal to process your payment. When you pay me via Paypal you are subject to Paypal’s privacy policy. Any information entered into Paypal may be transferred outside of the EEA, as Paypal’s servers are located around the world. You need to be made aware of this and should only continue to Paypal if you consent to these terms.
